Humana, Inc. is seeking an E-Referral Specialist for a part-time remote role. You will handle the initial client contact, data collection, and referral processing, reporting to the E-Referral Supervisor.

Strong attention to detail and MS Office skills are essential. The role requires travel ~0% with occasional in-person trainings. Preferred experience includes EPIC systems and eReferral portals, plus healthcare customer service background.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiar with basic math for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Mansioni

• Monitor multiple e-referral systems for new referrals and alerts.
• Manage emails and follow-up communications for referrals.
• Scan documentation to determine patient eligibility for services.
• Track referral statuses and report weekly on progress.
• Communicate with branch, sales, and leadership for status updates.
• Maintain ERST log and ensure accuracy across referrals and ROC decisions.
• Uphold productivity and comply with policies and processes.
