Job summary

Forward Solutions LLC is seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager to manage assigned vendor accounts and drive sales growth. You will own client inputs, build strong relationships, and lead strategy, forecasting, pricing, marketing, and catalog optimization.

The role is fully remote, supporting teams nationwide. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 3+ years in e-commerce account management, with extensive Amazon Vendor/Seller Central experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, finance, computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry experience in E-commerce account management.
• 3+ years of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central experience required.
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of major e-commerce portals (Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Walmart).
• Experience in online marketing or branding.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts and deliver results, manage P&L for assigned clients.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans for marketing, sales, and inventory.
• Identify new opportunities within existing client base and generate leads.
• Build relationships with clients and retailers to drive profitable growth.
• Lead client meetings and video calls to discuss opportunities and sales plans.
• Manage day-to-day vendor portal operations (Amazon).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal client experience.
• Identify internal process improvements and report performance.
