Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor Account Manager to own and grow our Amazon Vendor business. You will drive revenue growth, optimize catalogs, plan promotions, and ensure inventory health across Amazon's retail platform.

Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product, and Finance, you will manage POs, forecasting, and vendor operations while building data-driven recommendations for leadership and guiding cross-functional teams to strengthen in-stock

  • 5+ years Amazon Vendor Central experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with sales, inventory, and operational data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with marketplace reporting.
  • Experience partnering with Amazon Vendor Managers and cross-functional teams.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Account Manager to own and grow our Amazon Vendor business. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth across Amazon's retail platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management of our Amazon Vendor Central business.
  • Drive revenue growth through catalog optimization, promotional planning, pricing, and assortment strategy.
  • Manage Amazon purchase orders, forecasting, replenishment, inventory health, and retail readiness.
  • Monitor and resolve chargebacks, shortage claims, compliance issues, and operational scorecards.
  • Optimize product listings, A+ Content, images, keywords, and catalog accuracy to maximize conversion.
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure seamless catalog setup and merchandising execution.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, profitability, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to improve in-stock rates and fulfillment performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • +5 years of hands-on Amazon Vendor Central experience (required).
  • Proven experience managing purchase orders, forecasting, inventory planning, chargebacks, shortage claims, and Vendor Central operations.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, A+ Content, pricing strategy, and promotions.
  • Experience partnering directly with Amazon Vendor Managers.
  • Agency experience managing multiple brands is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and operational performance data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with marketplace reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, or Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
  • Experience supporting international Amazon marketplaces.
  • Background in consumer products, CPG, home, lifestyle, apparel, or other high-volume ecommerce brands.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, demand planning, and inventory management platforms.
