Job summary

Arrowhead Engineered Products is seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee our vendor partners' Amazon, Wal-Mart, and other online programs. You will support a team of account specialists, coordinate EDI partner setup, and help maintain listings, pricing, and content across marketplaces.

The role requires 2–3 years in ecommerce/EDI, strong Excel skills, familiarity with HTML, and the ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Vendor Central or similar platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; familiar with HTML.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account specialists to support online retail programs.
  • Coordinate new EDI set-up and ongoing maintenance with warehouse and IT.
  • Optimize purchase order processes with EDI vendors and meet turnaround requirements.
  • Monitor compliance notices from Amazon and coordinate warehouse responses.
  • Support Amazon Direct programs training and setup.
  • Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate data across marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing).
  • Assist in building automated content feeds and new listings for each account.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Summary

The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for helping to manage the success of our vendor partner’s Amazon, Wal-Mart, and other customer online account programs. You will be responsible for supporting a team of account specialists, and helping to coordinate EDI trading partner set-up, manage on-going EDI-related maintenance, and assist in general account and online listing maintenance/optimization.


Experience with E-Commerce customer account management preferred.


Duties


  • Manage a team of account specialists and coordinators to support online retail programs.

  • Support and build internal processes around new customer EDI set‑up and on‑going maintenance, communicating regularly with warehouse and IT staff.

  • Manage and optimize purchase order processes with EDI vendors to establish and maintain their turnaround requirements.

  • Monitor and disposition all compliance notifications from Amazon and ensure warehouse teams respond in a timely manner. Propose warehouse process changes to minimize compliance issues.

  • Support warehouse training and set‑up of new Amazon Direct programs.

  • Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate data across multiple marketplaces. This includes titles, descriptions, images, additional attributes, and pricing.

  • Assist in building out automated content feeds and/or new listings to each customer account.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Education And Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of E-commerce and EDI experience

  • Experience in E-commerce; Vendor Central and related platform administrative tools (other marketplaces a plus)

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

  • Basic familiarity with HTML

  • Ability to learn and operate proprietary software

  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills to guide business strategic decisions

  • Compensation: $88,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; used hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods. Using proper lifting techniques, the employee must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
