Job summary

Jaksham Ecommerce Services is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts from a remote location. You will optimize catalogs, run PPC campaigns, and manage client relationships to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Fluent in Hindi and English for direct client handling.
• Must own a laptop/desktop with reliable internet and power backup.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations on Amazon and Flipkart seller portals.
• Create and optimize product listings (Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions, Backend Search Terms, and Attributes).
• Conduct thorough keyword research using industry tools to identify high-intent search terms and optimize product discovery.
• Build, monitor, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, PLA, PCA) to scale sales while controlling ACoS/TACoS and maximizing ROAS.
• Perform daily account health checks, audit listing quality scores, and fix suppressed, inactive, or stranded listings.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor pricing, keyword rankings, and promotional tactics to maintain market advantage.
• Plan and execute participation in major sales events (Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Exclusive Discounts).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular performance review calls, providing strategic insights, and sharing detailed weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Create, follow up on, and elevate seller support tickets, as well as file SAFE-T and SPF claims for customer returns or damaged goods.
