Wilson Elser, a national law firm, is seeking an E-billing Timekeeper/Rate Compliance Administrator to help set up and maintain client/matter information in the firm’s financial database. This fully remote position accepts candidates from any state with an office.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and knowledge of legal e-billing; familiarity with middleware and LEDES formats is a plus. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and a client-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent training with 1–3 years in legal e-billing.
• Experience with e-billing processes and knowledge of middleware systems is a plus (e.g., LEDES).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with attorneys, staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage submission of timekeeper/rate data to billing middleware per client and system requirements.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to resolve timekeeper/rate issues during invoice uploads.
• Document client-specific e-billing requirements and identify process improvements.
• Assess and improve the e-billing submission process for efficiency.
• Assist in firm-wide compliance projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
