Job summary
Wilson Elser - Business & Legal Professionals offers a fully remote role as an E-billing Timekeeper/Rate Compliance Administrator. The position handles client/matter data setup in the firm’s financial systems and ensures accurate timekeeper/rate submissions in accordance with client and system requirements.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 1–3 years in legal e-billing, knowledge of middleware such as TyMetrix 360, LEDES formats, and strong Excel/Outlook
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience with legal e-billing or middleware is a plus.
- Knowledge of LEDES formats is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track submission of timekeeper/rate data to legal billing middleware sites per client requirements.
- Liaise with attorneys, clients, and vendors to resolve timekeeper/rate issues during invoice uploads.
- Identify and document timekeeper/rate requirements for each client’s e-billing process.
- Assess e-billing timekeeper/rate submission processes for improvements and efficiencies.
- Participate in firm-wide and departmental compliance projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
