• Experience leading project setup in Dynamics for AEC or professional services.
• Ability to build and review WBS and project coding.
• Experience reviewing contracts for project financial alignment.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between Project Managers, Business Managers, Contracts, and Project Accounting.
• Review and approve project setups before transition to Project Accounting.
• Establish project structures, billing terms, and revenue recognition rules in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Build and review WBS and project coding for tracking and reporting.
• Analyze contracts to ensure alignment with requirements and policies.
• Partner with Project Managers to design efficient project structures for execution and reporting.
• Review project transactions and cost allocations for revenue or billing issues.
• Validate revenue recognition and billing configurations in Dynamics.
• Provide guidance on project setup and financial controls to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of project setup workflows.
• Maintain cross-functional communication for timely initialization and compliance.
