Zusammenfassung

Remote is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent based in Latin America to join the hospitality technology team. You will be the first point of contact for hotel customers, handling platform questions, workflows, and basic issues across phone, chat, and email.

Working with the Customer Success team, you will learn the platform, contribute to the knowledge base, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and escalate complex problems to specialists.

Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent Dutch proficiency.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support or related role.
• Based in Latin America with access to a computer and reliable internet.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.
• Guide hotel customers through platform features, settings, and workflows.
• Resolve Tier 1 non-technical questions efficiently and confidently.
• Escalate complex issues to Customer Success and Technical teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in HubSpot.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and support quality.
