Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a reliable, Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support a renovation business by handling incoming calls and messages during opening hours. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every inquiry is handled professionally, recorded accurately, and directed to the right person.

You will own the interaction, provide clear next steps, and book calls into the relevant calendars.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch with professional communication.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or customer-facing support role.
• Calm, friendly, and confident on the phone, including when dealing with frustrated customers.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages during opening hours.
• Take clear, accurate notes and explain next steps to customers.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate team member (sales, project coordinator, owner).
• Book calls directly into the relevant calendars.
• Identify urgent issues on active renovation projects and escalate when needed.
• Follow written procedures and maintain timely updates with the client.
• Ensure every inquiry is followed up and resolved or handed over appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with the internal team to provide timely updates.
