Job summary

Jobgether is hiring a remote Marketing Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for its growing beauty and personal care portfolio. You will craft graphics, short-form videos, and ad copy while coordinating external production for campaigns.

You will work closely with executive leadership, align with US Eastern Time business hours, and have the chance to influence product launches and creative strategy in a fast-moving, direct-to-consumer environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience in DTC e-commerce.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or CapCut.
• Native-level English and availability during US Eastern Time business hours.
• Fully remote position based in Latin America.
• Direct collaboration with executive leadership.
• Monday-to-Friday schedule aligned primarily with US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Create compelling graphics, short-form videos, and ad copy.
• Coordinate photoshoots, UGC creators, and production logistics.
