This remote independent contractor role partners with media buyers, creators, editors, and founders to push performance while staying true to the brand.

You will own creative strategy from ideation to testing and scaling, focusing on mature female audiences and channels like Meta and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for D2C brands.
• Strong direct response copywriting and storytelling.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to test and scale ads quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-converting direct response ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Write clear briefs for UGC creators and editors.
• Collaborate with editors and brand teams to ensure performance and consistency.
• Translate customer insights into emotion-driven ad strategies.
• Analyze performance data to identify winning creatives and scale them.
