Job summary

Breakmark, a fast-growing beauty brand redefining nail care, is seeking a hands-on designer to be the visual engine of our growth team. You will turn brand guidelines and performance data into ads, emails, and social visuals that convert while preserving premium aesthetics.

You’ll produce high-volume, performance-driven creative for Meta, TikTok, and Google, design modular email templates, protect brand across touchpoints, and maintain a cloud library with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio across consumer, DTC, beauty, personal care, or wellness designs spanning paid social ads, emails, and brand marketing.
• Direct experience designing for conversion; understands typography, layout, and visual hooks impact CTR and ROAS.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Ability to deliver high output on tight turnaround cycles while maintaining clean aesthetic execution.
• Professional working English; availability during US Eastern business hours.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in a real creative production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design high-volume, performance-driven ad assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Create responsive, modular email templates and SMS graphics.
• Iterate concepts quickly based on performance data.
• Protect brand across digital touchpoints and maintain consistency.
• Maintain a cloud-based design library and leverage AI to speed up workflows.
