Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a fast, taste-driven designer to be the visual engine of its growth team. You will craft high-performance ads, emails, and social visuals that uphold a premium beauty brand’s look while driving testing and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

You’ll work remotely with a US-based team, collaborating with performance, CRM, and community specialists. Strong portfolio in beauty or DTC and proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio across consumer, DTC, beauty, or wellness ads.
• Direct experience designing for conversion and improving CTR/ROAS.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Able to deliver high output with polished aesthetics under tight deadlines.
• Professional working English; available during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Design high-volume, performance-driven ad assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google, including static carousels, text overlays, and story formats.
• Iterate quickly on winning concepts, adjusting hooks, color palettes, hierarchy, and CTAs based on performance data.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle/CRM Marketer to create responsive, modular email templates and SMS graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints and manage a cloud-based design library.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill) to speed up workflows.
