Job summary

You will design and refine ads with Canva and AI tools, troubleshoot issues, and push for process improvements across a high-volume, structured environment. Applicants should bring hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience and a strong design eye.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support.
• Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative.
• Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).
• Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform.
• Create and refine ad creative quickly with AI tools or Canva.
• Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues.
• Test new approaches and turn winners into templates for thousands of accounts.
• Use Claude, Replit, and other AI tools to build tools and automations to increase team capacity.
• Collaborate with onboarding and service teams to keep client campaigns moving smoothly.
