Fringe Sport, LLC is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist (DTC Ecommerce) for a remote, full-time role. You will transform customer insights into creative ideas, guide a small content team, and collaborate with AI tools to craft ads.

The position focuses on building scalable video content, testing strategies, and driving measurable results for US audiences. You will own the paid creative engine, work with Meta/Google ads, and align messaging across campaigns while operating within US

Qualifications

• Have created DTC ads that performed and can show results.
• Experience running Meta and Google ads and interpreting data.
• Strong English communication tailored to a US audience.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer insights into hooks, concepts, scripts and briefs for execution.
• Lead a small content team and AI-driven workflow to produce ads.
• Run creative testing, measure results and scale successful formats.
• Own the paid creative engine and explain what works and why.
