Guardian Life is seeking a Key DSO Dental Account Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and management of DSOs nationwide, serving as the primary relationship owner while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.

In this fully remote role, you will negotiate provider contracts, drive network growth, present Guardian's value to executive leadership, and collaborate with provider relations, credentialing, and network management to deliver a seamless DSO experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental network recruitment, provider relations, provider contracting, or direct sales.
• 5+ years of experience within a managed care environment working with dental providers.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements.
• Experience managing relationships with large dental groups, DSOs, or provider organizations.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned DSOs, ensuring excellent service and ongoing partnership development.
• Present Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to executive leadership within DSO organizations.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless DSO experience.
• Lead onboarding and relationship-management initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor provider network performance, directory accuracy, compliance requirements, and utilization trends.
• Support re-credentialing, delegated credentialing, quality review activities, audits, and other strategic network projects.
• Identify market trends and emerging DSO opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases.
