Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental network recruitment, provider relations, provider contracting, or direct sales.
• Experience in a managed care environment with dental providers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs to strengthen Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned DSOs and ensure excellent service and issue resolution.
• Present Guardian's value proposition and network opportunities to executives.
• Partner with provider relations, credentialing, compliance, operations, and network management.
• Lead onboarding and relationship management initiatives to improve partner satisfaction.
