Guardian Life is seeking a remote, full-time Key DSO Dental Account Manager to recruit, onboard, retain, and manage DSOs nationwide. The role centers on building partnerships with large group practices, negotiating contracts, and presenting Guardian’s network opportunities to executive leaders.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in dental network recruitment or provider relations, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental network recruitment, provider relations, or direct sales.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts and reimbursement arrangements.
• Experience with DSOs or large dental groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with national, regional, and mid-sized DSOs to strengthen Guardian's dental network.
• Negotiate provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, and network participation agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DSOs and ensure excellent service and partnership development.
• Present Guardian's value proposition, products, and network opportunities to executive leadership within DSOs.
• Collaborate with provider relations, credentialing, compliance, operations, and network management teams.
