Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a remote Sales Representative to grow Amerimix and Sakrete in Western Washington. The role centers on dealer/contractor accounts, lead generation, and new business development with regional travel in Seattle metro.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years sales experience in building materials, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office. Travel up to 50% and a base salary with strong OTE are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years sales experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers to grow revenue.
• Promote, educate, and service Dry Mix needs for dealers/contractors.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, contractors).
• Participate in industry events representing Amerimix and Sakrete.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Manage quoting and deal structure per guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline and account information.
