Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking a sales representative to expand Dry Mix product sales across Western Washington. The role focuses on local dealer and contractor accounts, lead generation, and building relationships while growing Amerimix and Sakrete product lines.

A strong field presence in the Seattle area with regional travel is required. The position offers a base salary with OTE, emphasising new business development and territory expansion, and requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or related field.
• 3+ years' sales experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.
• Travel up to 50% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales and revenue for Dry Mix products.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and win new business.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, contractors).
• Represent Amerimix and Sakrete at industry events.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain to support forecasting.
• Manage quotes and deal structures within company guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline and account information.
