Alcon is seeking a Dry Eye Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to cover a large territory with a focus on physicians within the Cleveland, OH area, remotely based. You will assure partner needs are met within compliance while engaging with the pharmaceutical community.

You will develop territory plans, build disease awareness, and collaborate on prior authorizations, payer restrictions, and patient referrals to support access. A strong emphasis on relationships and compliant programs is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build disease awareness with key partners and understand treatment initiation processes.
• Collaborate with partners on prior authorization, payor restrictions, and patient referrals to support access.
• Manage territory sales, develop territory plans, and engage customers effectively.
• Develop relationships with accounts and thought leaders to understand treatment algorithms.
