Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to cover a large territory around Nashville, TN, in a remote field-based role. You will build disease awareness, drive patient access, and grow accounts while coordinating trainings and events in a compliant, results-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• Fluent English communication required
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience
• Territory Nashville, TN; remote field-based assignment

Responsibilities

• Build disease awareness and communicate treatment initiation and referral processes
• Collaborate with partners on prior authorizations, reimbursements, and access
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and account plans
• Develop relationships with customers and thought leaders to drive sales growth
• Visit customers in the territory and manage accounts and negotiations
• Coordinate trainings and product presentations for accounts and teams
• Track progress toward monthly/quarterly targets and report results
