Job summary

Skydio, the leading US drone company, is seeking a Senior Technical Support specialist to provide enterprise‑level UAS system and cloud guidance, diagnostics, and customer advocacy. You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance and support government, education, and commercial customers.

You will troubleshoot private cloud configurations, REST integrations, and networking issues across Linux/AWS platforms, occasionally visiting customer sites, and you may travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

4+ years experience configuring and supporting enterprise Cloud infrastructure.
Experience with public safety or government UAS operations is a plus.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations with SaaS tools.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site customer support.
Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Identify root causes in flight data and data flow; provide mitigation recommendations.
Own post-deployment private cloud configurations and troubleshooting.
Triage and resolve cloud integration and desktop performance issues.
Collaborate with training and content teams to improve self-help resources.
Help reduce escalations by refining triage and resolution techniques.
