Job summary

Morley is seeking experienced automotive technicians to work from home for Mississippi residents, supporting field techs with drivetrain repairs. Initial on-site training will be conducted in Saginaw, Michigan, with ongoing access to the latest repair data.

You will leverage ASE certifications and extensive auto tech experience to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues remotely, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and career growth within Morley.

Qualifications

• Must have five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Ability to read and use electronic service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive drivetrain systems and provide expert help on repairs.
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan to support home-office technicians.
• Provide access to latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
