Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking ASE-certified auto technicians to join our work-from-home support team. The role focuses on assisting field technicians with vehicle repairs via phone, chat and email, specializing in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems for domestic vehicles.

Initial on-site training occurs in Saginaw, Michigan, with ongoing access to the latest data and repair strategies. A clear path to career growth within Morley is outlined in the program.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or within 6 months of hire with Morley reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET / 10 a.m.–7 p.m. CT; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to support domestic vehicles.
• Complete initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan to support field techs from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants and leaders.
