Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-certified auto technicians to join a remote support team. You will assist field technicians via phone, chat, and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems. Training starts in Saginaw, MI, then you’ll support field techs from your home office with access to the latest data and repair strategies.

This role offers ongoing professional growth within Morley and requires a reliable schedule during standard business hours, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with Morley reimbursement).
• Valid driver’s license.
• One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Begin with on-site training in Saginaw, MI, then support from home office.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants/leaders.
• Seek growth and advancement within Morley.
