Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-certified automotive technicians for a work-from-home role with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan. You will support field techs on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems from your home office.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license required.
• One+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).
• Shifts Mon-Fri; no weekends; Pacific/Mountain/ET time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to aid repairs.
• Begin with on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, then support from home office.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
• Grow professionally within Morley’s Technical Automotive Consulting group.
