Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking ASE-certified auto technicians for a work-from-home role based in Georgia.

After initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, you will support field techs from a home office, handling EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment repairs with expert guidance. You will join an award-winning team of over 200 ASE-certified automotive consultants, enjoying a balanced lifestyle, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five+ years as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications or ability to obtain within six months with Morley reimbursement.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Support from home after initial on-site training in Saginaw, MI.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth within Morley.
