Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-certified automotive technicians to join our remote support team. You’ll assist field techs via phone, chat and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems for domestic vehicles from your home office in Alabama.

You will start with an initial on-site training program in Saginaw, Michigan and gain access to the latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from experienced consultants.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement from Morley)

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs through inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, providing expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Begin with an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan to be able to support field techs from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants and leaders.
