Job summary

Gulf Winds International, Inc. is seeking a Driver Onboarding Specialist to help onboard new drivers across markets. You will coordinate hiring, orientation, and training, working with multiple teams to ensure a smooth process and a safe, compliant workforce.

This remote, full-time role requires strong organization, communication, and familiarity with onboarding systems. You will manage documentation, drug screening, scheduling, and ongoing support to drivers, driving efficiency and retention as

Responsibilities

Ensure All Required Documents are Received: collect and verify driver documents (license, insurance, registration, etc.).
Maintain organized records of documents for accessibility and compliance.
Coordinate drug screening and track results to ensure regulatory compliance.
Use tracking systems to monitor onboarding progress and report status to management.
Schedule orientation sessions with drivers and convey company policies and expectations.
Arrange pre-lease vehicle inspections to meet safety standards.
Maintain driver qualification and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with training to develop and deliver driver training programs.
