Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in driver onboarding or related roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure All Required Documents are Received for each driver applicant.
• Coordinate drug screening and track results.
• Run and report onboarding progress to management.
• Schedule orientation sessions for new drivers.
• Schedule pre-lease vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
• Maintain compliance documentation and licenses for drivers.
• Collaborate with training to deliver driver safety programs.
• Promote a safety-first culture and conduct periodic safety reviews.
• Serve as main point of contact for new drivers during onboarding.
• Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process.
