Job summary

Gulf Winds International, Inc. is seeking a Driver Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding, orientation, and training of new drivers. The role emphasizes document collection, compliance checks, and coordination with recruiting and training teams.

The position is remote with a focus on fast-paced execution, safety, and strong communication with drivers and internal teams. Prior experience in driver onboarding and use of ATS tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify driver documents (license, insurance, registration).
• Coordinate drug screening and track results for compliance.
• Monitor onboarding progress and provide updates to management.
• Schedule orientation and pre-lease vehicle inspections.
• Ensure documentation and licenses meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with training to design driver development programs.
• Promote safety protocols and conduct refresher trainings.
• Serve as primary contact for new drivers during onboarding.
