Job summary

Lions World Vision Institute is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator II to join our remote team. The role focuses on referral intake, donor screening, and logistics coordination for tissue procurement and research, supporting families and collaborating with hospitals and partner organizations.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with a preference for experience in donor services and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a Donor Services Coordinator role or equivalent.
• CEBT and/or CTBS certification preferred.
• Medical terminology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle referral intake and triage of donor cases from hospitals and partner organizations.
• Assess donor eligibility via patient medical history and collaborate with clinicians.
• Inform and support donor families through the donation process and advocate for donation benefits.
• Coordinate case logistics and dispatch recovery teams for tissue procurement and research.
• Provide feedback to management and assist with education and coordination as needed.
