Job summary

LifeNet Health is seeking a Donation Coordinator for a remote role in the Donor Center. You will provide donor referral and screening services to multiple stakeholders, triage calls, and guide families through donation conversations with sensitivity and professionalism.

You will identify potential donation opportunities, manage logistics with procurement partners, and maintain accurate records in donor management systems while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a compassionate donor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years' work experience as an EMT, hospital corpsman, ER, RRT, ICU tech or equivalent health care experience, or dispatch for emergency services.
• Preferred Associate degree in Allied Health or related fields; CTBS Certification; 3 years’ work experience in Tissue Banking, Medical Device, Organ Procurement or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Screen donor eligibility and coordinate logistics with procurement agencies.
• Identify and process all potential organ, tissue, and eye referrals and screenings.
• Triage calls and coordinate with partners to ensure positive customer service.
• Conduct Donor Risk Assessment Interview (DRAI) and support donor families.
