Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar file-sharing platforms.
• Clear written and verbal donor communication skills.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM and documenting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct response campaign review workflows from brief to final art.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and asset logs across teams and vendors.
• Project-manage tasks in Asana and flag upcoming items and risks.
• Maintain comprehensive email logs, tests, and performance notes.
• Document donor outreach and engagement outcomes in the CRM.
• Support outbound donor communications and stewardship activities.
• Prepare weekly updates for internal staff on campaigns and milestones.
