DG GLASS - Desde 2001 conectando negocios confiaveis. is seeking a Prospect Research Specialist, Data Integrity to monitor data quality in BBCRM, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy of donor and prospect records. The role supports bulk data requests via ServiceNow and coordinates with Research and Data teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM software, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong data hygiene practices in a nonprofit context.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related role.
• MS Office proficiency, including MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required and drug screening.
• Experience with donor/prospect data in a nonprofit setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve data quality control lists in BBCRM to maintain accurate donor and prospect records.
• Perform routine audits to identify and correct duplicates, inconsistencies, or incomplete data.
• Review new donor records for accuracy including addresses, phone numbers, emails, constituencies, and related records.
• Track data cleanup activities and report on progress, trends, and outcomes to support data integrity efforts.
• Manage and fulfill bulk data requests submitted through ServiceNow, coordinating with Prospect Research and Data & Reporting teams.
