Job summary

Northwestern University is seeking a Program Assistant 3 in Prospect Research and Management, reporting to the Associate Director. You will manage data quality within the alumni and donor CRM and prepare reports to fix data inconsistencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of administrative support or other relevant experience required.
• Experience with relational databases and CRM systems preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality projects that strengthen the overall integrity of prospect data within CRM.
• Proactively create reports to assess data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
• Coordinate and execute next steps to correct data inaccuracies and train teams on data entry.
• Support employment verification, proposal maintenance, and data maintenance for ARD projects.
