Job summary

LifeGift is seeking a Donation Communications Coordinator for a 100% remote night-shift role (10:00 pm–10:00 am). You will handle incoming calls from referring hospitals and coordinate donor referrals, medical history input, and case communication with transplant centers, directors, families, and related services.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in healthcare or death care services, with an associate degree or medical vocational certificate.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or medical vocational certificate required.
• 2+ years of healthcare/ donation experience preferred.
• Experience with donor screening and case coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls from the donor service area.
• Input medical history into the donation referral intake database.
• Coordinate communication between transplant centers and medical directors.
• Relay information to transportation, funeral homes, hospitals, and donor families.
