Job summary

LifeGift is seeking a Donation Communications Coordinator for a 10:00 pm – 10:00 am shift. This remote position handles donor referrals, screens tissue donors, coordinates cases, and communicates with hospitals, medical examiners, and families to support life-saving transplant efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare or call center settings and an associate degree or related certificate. Remote work is available to candidates from surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, social services, or death care industries is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls from the donor service area.
• Input all required medical history information for prospective donors into the donation referral intake database.
