Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant for network security transformation. You will provide technical guidance across on-prem, cloud, and security services, and collaborate with customers to define solutions that protect their key business imperatives.

You will evangelize industry leadership, lead demonstrations, and be the primary technical contact for RFIs/RFPs. Remote role with travel as needed, part of a global Solutions Consulting team.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE.
• Experience with L2-L4 networking, including switching, routing, OSPF/BGP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD.
• Experience with On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
• Travel may be required for in-person meetings; discuss specifics with recruiter.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present as a technical expert to customers at all levels, from practitioners to executives.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations to showcase our value proposition.
• Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customers' security posture.
• Document high-level design and use cases for implementation and value realization.
• Lead conversations about industry trends and changes in the security landscape.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs as the main technical contact for Network Security.
