OneWeb Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the U.S. Government, DoD, IC, and Allied markets.

This remote role requires resIDENCE in the United States and will collaborate closely with the Head of BD & Marketing to identify opportunities and manage the sales pipeline. The role emphasizes aviation, SATCOM, and government market knowledge, requiring self-starters who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, cyber, space systems, business, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of industry experience in SATCOM, cyber, DoD, or space operations.
• Experience supporting operational units, program offices, or technical teams within DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Military background and/or government experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop federal opportunity pipeline aligned with strategic priorities.
• Track DoD/IC/Allied engagements and capture milestones.
• Coordinate BD activities, meetings, and briefs.
• Support BD docs, white papers, and proposals.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene in NetSuite.
