Eutelsat Network Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within U.S. Government, DoD, IC, and Allied markets, with a focus on aviation. You will work closely with the Head of BD & Marketing to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.

The role requires 8–12 years in relevant fields, DoD/IC experience, and the ability to operate from a U.S. remote location. Travel is 25–50%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, cyber, space systems, business, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of industry experience in communications, SATCOM, cyber, network operations, or space operations.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Military background and/or government experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and refine the federal opportunity pipeline, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Track customer engagements and program updates across DoD, IC, and Allied organizations.
• Consolidate and analyze customer requirements to support growth initiatives.
• Assist in preparing opportunity summaries, qualification assessments, and internal decision documents.
• Manage CRM entries (NetSuite) and ensure data hygiene across leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate BD activities including meetings, briefs, contact management, and follow-up tasks.
• Develop BD documentation such as briefs, white papers, talking points, and draft proposals.
• Provide administrative support for capture planning, including research and deadline tracking.
• Prepare for customer meetings, industry events, and cross-functional discussions.
• Track interactions across Programs of Record, NDAA priorities, and legislative opportunities.
• Coordinate engagement with teaming partners and distribution partners.
• Research mission needs, acquisition trends, and tech developments related to GEO/LEO and PNT solutions.
• Monitor DoD budget activities, RFI/RFP releases, and public announcements for strategic decisions.
• Contribute data and analysis for defense and space sector trends.
• Maintain branding and messaging across BD and Sales collateral and outreach efforts.
• Support events, content coordination, social media, and consistent messaging across BD/marketing initiatives.
