Job summary

Power Device Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across aerospace and defense markets. You will identify opportunities, develop win strategies, and coordinate with engineering, sales and business units to translate market intelligence into actionable plans.

This role requires up to 60% travel, is open to remote candidates, and prefers candidates near Poway, Bohemia, or other US locations. A US Person or license eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of broad business knowledge with depth of expertise in sales within the aerospace and defense industry.
• Excellent sales experience in aerospace and/or defense electronics; military electronics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop win strategies for capture.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Managers, engineering and sales to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across market segments and strategic opportunities.
• Map key customers, programs, competitors and opportunities to prioritize growth.
• Lead pursuit strategies through the Bid/No Bid process and drive end-to-end capture.
