Protingent Staffing has a contract opportunity for a Document Control Analyst. The role administers and maintains the EDMS, ensuring regulatory alignment for document control, change orders, and lifecycle management.

You will train staff, support audits, and collaborate with engineering, quality, licensing, PM, and supply chain teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in regulated document control, strong knowledge of SharePoint/Agile/DevonWay, and a solid grasp of ASME NQA-1, NRC guidance, and

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in document control or RM within regulated industries.
• Experience with EDMS, change control, and records retention.
• Familiarity with nuclear/regulatory quality frameworks (ASME NQA-1, NRC) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain EDMS with version control, approvals, metadata, and archival.
• Process-controlled documents and change orders for regulatory alignment.
• Serve as point of contact for document control across engineering, quality, licensing, PM and supply chain.
• Guide teams through EDMS workflows to ensure timely routing, review, and release of docs.
• Train staff and contractors on RMDC policies and EDMS usage; assist onboarding.
• Support records retention, retrieval, and disposition per schedules and external compliance obligations.
• Perform document audits and quality checks for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain RMDC tools, templates, and standard work.
• Triage RMDC mailboxes and tickets; escalate issues as needed.
• Support audits, licensing submittals, vendor reviews, and regulatory inspections.
• Assist in migration of legacy documents and data cleanup in EDMS/SharePoint.
• Coordinate with config management or quality on change control and baselining.
• Lead or contribute to process improvements in document control.
