Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Document Control Analyst for the Delivery Program in Denver. The role handles day-to-day administration of the Center of Excellence document library, ensuring records are complete, current, and audit-ready throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of document-control experience in engineering, architectural, construction, infrastructure, or similar technical projects.
• Experience managing document registers, revision control, audits, and project-team support.
• Proficiency with Procore, SharePoint, and document-control systems; ability to train users.

Responsibilities

• Establish a governed source for PMO policy, process, and templates.
• Improve how project teams organize, name, and retrieve records.
• Provide visibility into documentation quality, compliance, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate document intake, revision, archival, and retrieval across the portfolio.
• Audit documents for accuracy, metadata, and storage location.
