Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Document Control Analyst to administer the eQMS, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting quality, regulatory, laboratory and manufacturing operations. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of document control or quality systems experience in regulated environments.
• BS/BA in a science-related field.
• Experience working in an eQMS.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic Internet use.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Document Control system for compliance.
• Manage document lifecycle: creation, revision, approval, distribution, archiving.
• Maintain physical and electronic QMS records.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for audits and inspections.
• Provide guidance on QMS documentation requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely document revisions.
• Identify process improvements in document control workflows.
• Provide guidance and training on document control procedures.
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, IT to implement changes.
• Support periodic reviews of document management procedures.
• Maintain records retention in accordance with requirements.
