Job summary

ACDI is seeking a Workflow Solutions Consultant to blend deep technical expertise with consultative sales support, partner engagement, and account-focused collaboration. This remote role requires communicating with executives, partners, account managers, and technical staff to drive workflow and ScanShare adoption across territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in workflow solutions, solution consulting, technical pre-sales, partner management, or related roles.
• Experience within print, document management, or workflow automation environments strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting to executive-level management required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, technical capacity, and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Zoho applications is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms for training and rollout.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow and ScanShare solution growth through pre-sales support and partner enablement.
• Engage prospects and partners in discovery and assessment meetings to understand workflows.
• Design, demonstrate, and position workflow solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Provide pre-sales support for complex and larger opportunities.
• Perform solution demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Draft SOWs, LOIs, diagrams, and other materials.
• Attend client meetings, demos, webinars, and partner reviews.
• Train partners and sales staff on ScanShare and workflow solutions.
