Job summary

Imaging Business Machines, LLC seeks a Software Solutions Engineer to bridge sales, product, delivery, and customers within the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) practice. You will analyze current document workflows, design scalable solutions, and demonstrate architectures that drive measurable ROI.

Responsibilities include discovery workshops, configuring environments, and delivering compelling demonstrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
Up to 4 years in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or related customer-facing technical role.
Experience configuring enterprise software solutions.
Strong presentation and customer communication skills.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Understanding of software implementation methodologies and project scoping.
Ability to create technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery workshops with prospects and customers to understand processes and automation requirements.
Configure IDP software environments and build proof-of-concept solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
Create end-to-end solution architectures and implementation recommendations.
Support sales through RFP/RFI responses and technical evaluations.
