Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Document Scanning Operator to support document preparation, scanning, indexing, and records management. You will also provide reception coverage and light facilities support as needed.

Responsibilities include mail operations, equipment support, and office hospitality duties, while maintaining security policies and delivering excellent service to internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Must learn document management systems and site procedures.
• Must follow onsite security policies, including restrictions on phones and imaging devices on active work floors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and track mail and packages using chain-of-custody systems.
• Operate multifunction devices and support copy/print requests.
• Monitor and restock office supplies, set up meeting rooms, and assist moves.
• Deliver strong customer service and support internal teams as needed.
• Cross train backup personnel and adapt to downtime.
